After reading this article I was in shock to see that so many parts came from so many different places all over the world. I never thought that something so small like a fan for cooling down the notebook cant be assembled in the same place as the hard drive. Understanding that parts are being built in other countries made me think “is the United States as smart as they say?” Everything that is built in other countries is made into the notebook here in america. Does american intelegence only exceed to putting things together? I hope not. As I continued to read more, we actually came up with the ideas of making DELL companies all over the world for cheep labor rather then having them all here in the United States.

The Dell thorey of conflect prevention I bevlieve is to have the DELL company stationed all over the world to help the production of lap tops run smooth and easy. This helps because the original DELL company can pay less for labor in other countries rather then pay more if it were set up in the united states.

Supplier Logistics Centers (SLCs)- centers that hold Dell parts and located close to the company so parts can be easily transported.
