Two questions I have going into this article is what qualities do companies look for in employees? My other question is what makes companies decide that it will be best for their company to outsource in countries such as India? The first prediction I have about this research study is that there is “an analysis of the responses revealed human resources-and organization-related challenges as the most critical issues” (Mehta). The study will also touch base on the business process of outsourcing and the different types and motives of outsourcing. The final prediction I have based on the subheadings throughout the article is that there are some areas that need to be worked on and there are recommendations to the outsourcing.

Two questions I have going into the article are:
    -What do human resources do?
-Why do countries decide to outsource?
My first prediction for the article is that it will elaborate on the human resources problem. My second prediction is that the article will explore how these problems are being resolved or exacerbated by certain managerial decisions. My third prediction is the authors will examine the financial strengths and weaknesses of BPO.

Two questions that I have are that if companies are outsourcing to other countries do they hire as many women to work as they do men? Second, Do companies offer as many benefits in other countries like they would in the United States?
Three predictions are that there might not be as many benefits from outsourcing. I think the researchers did a lot of researching before they wrote this article and it is scholarly. Last I think outsoucing will develop a lot in the future.

    Two Questions:
    1. Agreeing with Kara. Exactally what do human resources do?
    2. What are the downfalls to buisnesses becoming outsourced besides the jobs.
-and just a questions for mr. mac…when a buisness is outsourced do people from the united states go to the place where the company is being outsourced.
I think the article is going to basically describe the whole outsourcing deal but in greater detail. Like exactally what happens to the companies/ people. Who recieves the jobs. Information like that

    1. My two questions would be:
What is the reason there is a need for human resources?
The reason for SWOT what exactly do they do?

My perdictions for this article are that they talk about the different levels of the working system, talks about the different challenges in moving a person business abroad to India, the final prediction would be the different opportunities a company can get with moving their business abroad to India or China.

My first question is why don’t they send out interview questions that cover everything and send them to a fair arrange of people to find out truthful answers? My second question is how can companies successfully use outsourcing without having Americans lose their jobs? Three predictions I have are:
1-This article will show how awesome India is compared to other countries dealing with outsourcing.
2-This article will talk about why outsourcing is good.
3-The article will talk about the challenges in human resources.

-The notion that BP jobs are unwanted seems absurd. Every company had a payroll/HR departament. Why is this bias so strong?

-When will the cost-effectivness of outsourcing begin to wane in India?

    Three Predictions
-The way companys in America are run will change alot due to BPoutsourcing.
-India will lose its appeal to investors within the next fifteen to twenty years.
    - Indian companies will soon take the same thrifty edge on more complicated outsourcing tasks, such as product design and so on.
