-The world is changing, and the priveleged place that american/western economies held agianst the weaker economies of the world is dissappearing. With expanded capitalism, we must expect the worlds economy to become more equal. Though it is very sad to watch jobs leave our country, this is what capitalism entails; an economy that is not held by domestic policy/loyalty, but by one of world economic equality.

I think outsourcing is a good idea because it gives more people jobs and oppertunities. Also, it saves the company lots of money in the long run because wokers in India will work for less money and I think that the number of people who go to school for technology and buisness are going down so they need someone to do the job.

I think outsourcing is good. Not only does it give people good jobs, oppurtunities, and knowledge in underdeveloped countries but it also saves companies money and allows them to have 24-hour productivity due to different time zones. One could argue that it takes jobs away from U.S. citizens and this is true, however, for companies, the pros out weigh the cons.

1) Outsourcing is a good thing. Outsourcing is in the best interest of any company and all they are trying to do is find the best person for the job. If people on the homefront are worrying about losing their jobs they just need to work harder. Outsourcing is also spreading job oppurtunites all over the world to deserving people.

I think outsourcing is one the worst things to happen to America because they think it is o.k to lay off many people and move the company abroad to pay a person to do the same job for less. The reason I may lean towards this fight is because both parents are engineers and my mother work is moving to China in the next year because of outsourcing. I hope that the American government steps in so how and changes the way these companies are taken advandage of other countries.

I think that outsourcing is not too great because of the negative aspects that the American employees experience. It takes away the chance for Americans to compete for their jobs which causes lack of motivation. Also it is unfair that people who work at college for four years and pay for it don't get a job to people who only have had two or three years. Outsourcing has some good qualities but the immoral values of paying hard workers low wages and other negative aspects show how it is a negative trend.

I feel that outsourcing is a positive trend. Outsourcing is cheaper to employ people which in turn we make more money. Outsourcing also provides opportunity for jobs in other countries to become popular and more individuals will become employed. People overseas are getting job training for certain jobs, so they are better qualified for the jobs they are pursuing. I think outsourcing is a positive trend, yet there are some things that may not be a down fall.
